Bunches walked out of the bank with a big smile and a new checkbook. She had stolen thirty thousand dollars, worth of receipts and headed down to the bank to open up a separate business account from the one her father already held. The people in the bank knew her and her family so well no one even questioned her about a co-signer because she wasn’t yet eighteen. In fact the head of new accounts Mrs. Landry had joked; ‘by the time anyone catches it you’ll be eighteen and we’ll say oops.’
